
Personal Training
Personal Training is a 1 on 1 training, where you give me your training goal and I, as a trainer, implement it. The training goal can be any, e.g. losing weight, increasing muscle mass, improving the overall fitness of the body.
Each personal session with a new person is preceded by a free trial training, where we talk about your goals and check your physical condition in order to create a training plan tailor – made to your needs.
